Transporting chameleons in canada

Hey guys, im wondering what the rules and regulations are for transporting chamelons in canada. I currently live in Ontario but i will soon be moving to NewFoundLand and i dont know if i need any sort of permit to take my chamelon with me (I will be driving so, im going to need to take a ferry). Thanks and help will be much appriciated!

i know there are some restrictions that make shippin a chameleon in canada an issue im not sure about if you were to be driving with it with you

Ive shipped via Air Canada within Canada without permits, so I see no reason you couldnt drive your own animals.
