Are there any guidelines you can give? Do you like names of Greek Gods or Italian Opera Singers? Are you a huge fan of Sesame Street (in which case, Oscar or Kermit seem good choices)? Would "Bieber" be just "too stupid" or just "right"?
Is he aloof? Is he friendly? Is he a food snob or will he eat everything? Stuff like that is really helpful in coming up with ideas.

lol, he moves gracefully like a falling leaf. All of your guidelines are awesome so far. Bieber is too much haha. I'm kind of bummed out now because of his toe. I need figure out how to help him.

He's a nosy and he has such a nice looking shade of blue. I say you capitalize on that and go with like Gonzo or Grover.
If you want to get tricky go with something like, Leuco, from the species Rubus leucodermis better known as the Whitebark Raspberry and even better known as the flavor for blue raspberry flavored candy!!!
Some blueberry subspecies might make a cool name as well. Try wiking it if you're interested. There's like 20 or so different species (I learned something today! The more you know...).
I personally really like Leuco.
