Urate

Okay your going to need to separate them ASAP. Chameleons should not be housed together period unless for breeding purposes. Your cage is barely big enough for one juvenile chameleon let alone 2. After around 5-6 months of age it’s highly recommended you have at least a 24x24x48 enclosure by that age. They grow extremely quick. They really need those T5HO lighting fixtures I cannot stress this enough. Those compact uvb bulbs will lead to MBD and then you will be toppled with even more vet bills and expenses.

As said above looks like you have already made threads asking for advice and were given the proper advice and feedback. You need to look back on those threads and follow through on the information that was given.

So I walked in my room, looked st my cage, and saw a really wet looking urate. And u know now, I picked it up and flushed it down the toilet. It smelled horrible more than normal and it was almost seeping threw the paper towel. I don’t know what it was HELP!!
@Flacon67 I want you to look at your picture.... See the way she is hiding... She is being submissive. She is stressed and hiding when she should be basking. This is not ok... SHE IS NOT OK. She will suffer for it and she will die. You need to rehome her. If you can not afford the proper lighting then they are both developing MBD. Which is a horrible way for a chameleon to suffer.

I would like to add how thick she looks. Your going to be having fertile eggs soon witch your not ready for

This one shows a completely different set up? You also said in this thread that your hood was on the way??
It has been months since you were advised to make these changes, and instead of making them you made things worse by shoving another cham in there. The size you have is too small for 1 cham let alone 2. The female will still need a larger enclosure and the Male even larger.
I'm assuming by the "got your phone taken away" comment that you are young and living with your parents? Which I also assume to mean you dont have a way to pay for these things without the help of your parents?

Yeah, ur right. Ima work on it. Like I sai

i got my phone taken, and I forgot about that, he is fine now. But I am working on getting it. A bigger cage is needed for the male. And I think the female could have the smaller one. And now I will need two th5o and another basking light. I’m working on it and I will keep you guys updated. But I really want the best for them.
Are you able to make the necessary changes in a few days? I can see you want the best for them, and sometimes the best for them means making a hard decision and re-homing them. I won't lie, it is concerning that all of this information was provided to you previously -- in the past post you noted that you knew they needed a t5. This forum is a wealth of knowledge, but that knowledge just sits on this web without people implementing the changes.

I wish your chams the best -- and I'll be happy to help you re home them if that is what you decide.

Well. I’m being for real here, my dad hired me because he is building a bridge at my family’s pond, he said he could pay me 10$ hour and I’ve worked 10 so and I am working all week. So I’ll have some money

So yeah, I can make some changes pretty soon.

But I really want the best for them.

I really don't want to be "that person", but if you truly want the best for these chams you'll consider rehoming them or looking into surrendering to a reptile rescue if you don't have the finances to make the changes necessary for their wellbeing. You've already been given all of the advice needed to give them a good life, and have shown little to no improvements over the last couple months.

There's nothing else we can do.

Read the link I attached. You have been told this stuff in the past. Plz take this more seriously these animals are extremely delicate and deserve respect and care from a well knowledge keeper. We want you and your chameleons to succeed not fail.
YEs as I said, I will make changes and I’ll show you guys when I get it. Your right, I’ve said some stuff prob Bc I’m a kid and idk what I’m doing. But I’m rly trying to do this. I’m actually getting paid 10$ an hour so yes I’ll be able to make this happen? So I’ll show you guys in a couple of days. And about the laying bin can you give me more info

You have been given the info. Repeatedly in every post you have done. This is a living creature that can not provide for itself. I do not think that you should keep the female at all. I think she will be too much for you. IF you have to take her to the vet then that is easily 300 bucks. You should rehome her and then put all your money into the Male if you want to keep 1 then do it right with the easier of the two.

If you opened the link I attached you wouldn’t have questions about the laying bin. I’m sorry hun but I think your a little over your head here with the chameleons. I know your a kid but the responsible thing at this point to to find them new homes. Maybe in a few years you’ll be ready to try again

Yes I know, it’s been 2 days and I’ve worked 10 and yeah I’m a kid so yeah idk am I doing good for a kid?

I know you're looking for reassurance, and I don't want to be a jerk, but no, you're not "doing good for a kid". Age has no factor in the care of these animals, and no one gets a free ride and a pat on the head for trying. You'll be "doing good" when you make the changes necessary to keep your chams alive and healthy. Your parents need to get on board with making the necessary changes. You need to be the advocate for your chams - they can't talk and tell you what they need.

I commend you for getting a job, though! (y) That's a good start - these guys are expensive!

I have to agree with @Beman and @JoXie411. Chameleons are really hard dude, and really, really expensive. Most expensive animal I have ever kept. Please consider re homing both, if not at least the female.
