2nd vote on Fortraz, Id talk to the vet about it Laurie. Maybe bump the temps a little for the duration, but still keep up the hydration & humidity to regular levels or slightly increased, since mouth breathing (if its doing that) causes loss of fluid.
Generally this drug is administered with sub skin injections, which dont really seem to upset an animal as much as into muscle tissue. If you havent injected before, the vet should mention injecting at a site above or very near the front legs, to avoid issues with the lizards renal system. If he/she dosent specify, ask about it.
I have treated lizards including arborial species with Fortraz and found it effective and dosent cause tissue damage or major issues with hydation.
