UVB help

I was told zoomed 5.0 UVB has a larger range then exo terra UVB is this true? I now have both, not sure which to use. Currently using exo terra, but my girl hasn't eaten since I got her last week. The guy at the store told me changing to the zoomed light will help her as she's probably not getting any UVB atm.

I even got her some waxworms today cause I read chams usually love them and she won't even look at it. I tried putting more leaves/branches close to the light so she's more comfortable being there, but she only stays in one spot at the bottom of the tank in the corner away from the light. She feels cold. I have no idea what to do :(

Can you post some pics of her please and your set up? If she is old enough she may have eggs if she is not eating and staying at the bottom.

Looking at your other post, she does not look old enough to lay eggs. However, she should not be always sitting on the bottom.

Can you please post a picture of the full cage? What is the temperature directly under the basking light? The Zoo-Med ReptiSun 5.0 has a better reputation than the exo-terra, so I would switch to that. Are these CFLs or tubes?

What's the basking temperature?
As was asked...are the UVB lights tubes or not?
Are her eyes open or shut during the day?
