Yes, that will work. So it is a 5.0 bulb in a T5HO fixture. Your approximate distance would be 8-9 inches from the bottom of the fixture sitting on the screen top of the cage (this is for a standard aluminum screen used in cages) to the basking branch. So this is a measured distance. Then where the cham rises up off the branch will put it in an approximate 3 UVI level which is what is recommended for both Veileds and Panthers.
