veiled age and food

Well I would probably not be your go to guy, but splining holds the screen in place with a groove to sit the spline in on top of the screen without having to staple it.

Go to top of screen, select Resources, Care Sheets then veiled chameleon. Your answers are all there. Written by experts.

K I was just gunna staple it.
I used wire thread to "sew"the screen on the tomato cage

Okay, but be sure It's at least 4 feet tall and 2 feet wide! Good luck! here are some pics of my cage!

Coming from fish/inverts/reptiles myself, it's been a little weird to have everyone here go by measurements rather than gallons. Screen tanks are sold by measurements though, and since chams don't do well behind glass you don't see this forum ever using gallons because aquariums should never be used. For adult male veileds, cage minimums are 2 feet by 2 feet by 4 feet high.

The Resources and species caresheets do cover recommended basics and are a great starting point. I must have read through them a dozen times, but there were still a few things I either missed or needed clarified. :)

That gives 120 gallons worth of room. My little guy is pretty small will he get scared in a tank that big. Also how long till he reachs full size. Any idea on age?

From the look of the pic you posted your guy don't look all that little. I would guess him to be about 5 to 6 months I think he would be okay in the 2-2-4 foot cage.
