When I first got Peepers I had trouble with crickets escaping on me every time I would open the bin. Now however I have it down to a science, so it just takes practice and trial and error to figure out what works best for you
I seen hornworms with UK users on different sites... they must be getting their on the black market trade... so surprising how many inverts actually are sold illegally.
Pop their clogs? (European colloquism is sometimes lost on me)
Yeah that's the one we get out locusts from. They are good and healthy although the last batch we got a cricket in with the locusts I chucked him outside and left him. I don't like them at allhttp://www.livefoods.co.uk/reptile-....html?osCsid=b00063489004a683644e35f26f98fc3a
Just found this site looks not too bad and prices are pretty reasonable
More air flow would help with the humidity, maybe make the same kind of bin as you would for crickets?? Cut holes out and then cover them with screening? Just a thought, I have never kept them so I'm not sure.
If I can catch any wild though I am going to try to breed them
All the pets at homes near me don't have very healthy bugs so I avoid them completely. I find a lot of them come dead or die within a few days. And that's not by being eaten. Or humidity. Also try swells reptiles I've only used bugs from in pets at home and jolleys as they are easy to pop into but I may order online this time
