In addition to filling out the forum above can you also include some photos of your chameleon and the back of their hind legs? We first have to make sure he is indeed a "he" ^^

he has spurs, I use fake plants, I have a duel temp/ humidity gage above his plant, I also just purchased a warm humidifier for him. We live in Southern Louisiana

I'd highly recommend using live plants. Common chameleon safe options include pothos, schefflera, hibiscus, and ficus. FLChams has a handy list of a bunch more options too: http://flchams.com/chameleon-safe-plant-list/. You have to make sure they're non-toxic because veileds can be nibblers, but real foliage really helps in keeping humidity. You can find plants in home improvement stores, just remember to wash them well with water and repot them in soil without fertilizers. (It's also good to put some rocks on top of the soil so there's no chance of your chameleon eating dirt)

Can you please fill out the rest of the details in the post by @DarinD ? There is still a lot we would like to know and that might help us help you more. Can you tell us about your feeding and supplement schedule? How much do you feed, what kind of bugs, how often are you supplementing and with what?

I feed him 3 two for crickets a day and they're dusted with calcium, once in a while we give him 3 or 4 mil worms, probably twice a month

We need you to cut and paste the questions into your post and then answer them.....we need specific details...like for instance what are the brands of supplements and do they contain D3, phosphorus, calcium, vitamin A . Is the vitamin A beta carotene or retinol, etc.
