Veiled Chameleon Shedding and New Owner Asking For Advice

I have a female veiled chameleon. Lilu, she came from Petco. I think she is 3-4. months old. I have had her for 10 days. She is usually mint green. She is very sweet. She has eaten a mealworm from me once, and has been out on me twice. She is a lot faster outside her enclosure than one would expect. She likes to walk on the edge of her enclosure when the doors are open, and at times comes to the front of the glass when I enter the room.
Yesterday she was brown/black all day. She seemed off a bit, and I was worried. She ate and had a bowel movement that was normal yesterday. Today she is back to green. I have not seen her eat, but did see her drink. I notice she is shedding on her front left leg, her back right leg, and it looks like her head might be starting to shed as well.
Is there anything that I need to do for her while she is shedding?
Is there anything else that I need to be doing for her on a daily basis to give her a good life?
She lives in an Exo Terra Enclosure 18X18x24. She has several fake plants she climbs on, reptile bendable limbs around her enclosure, a reptile foam tree at the bottom of the enclosure as well.
She has a fogger that I turn on when humidity is low, and I just added a reptirain mister(not sure she is a fan of this). I set it for one minute every hour. Before, I was spraying the enclosure by hand with a squirt bottle.
Her basking temperature is 91F. I keep her humidity between 50-80. Her enclosure temperature reads 72-75F.
Her lights are reptile Exo Terra UVB 100, 75watt basking bulb, and a Exo Terra 75watt blue light that leave on during the day only.
She has a food dish that I put mealworms in, I just started feeding her super worms today. I also put a few raspberries in her dish today for the first time. She also gets gutloaded crickets. I gutload them with kale, mustard greens, and mandarin oranges. I have Exo Terra Calcium that I dust them with almost everyday, Exo Terra Repti Calcium with D3 once a month, and Exo Terra Multivitamin twice a month.

First thing I would do is get rid of the blue light as it is not necessary, to be vauge. Second I'd get her some live plants. Golden pothos make great enclosure plants. Also switch up the gutload to carrots or sweet potatoes instead. The acidic content is much lower than is found in oranges. My veiled becomes a picky eater if he eats at all while shedding. I think temperamental would actual be a better word lol good luck with your little lady (y)

Thank you! Cheers

Her basking temp should be 80 to 84 . 91 is to hot . I sec live plants as soon as possible , mealworms are not a good choice super worms are much better . If you are able try out hornworms , silkworms , Doobie roaches , You can order all on line .
