Wait is she a he?

OK, now i'm getting confused, I think she is now a he. I've been eyeing her/his back feet for "spurs", at some angles it looks like its a male. What do you guys think?

Thanks everyone! At first I really thought we had a girl cause I did not see any spurs. That means no LAYING BIN ! Phew, one less thing for me to worry about.

He already does. Today we were sun bathing outside while the kids play, my 3year old boy trips and falls onto a Thomas crane toy right into his throat! I rush over to get my son and thankfully everything was fine, just wanted to be held, but before I could pick him up I had to find the chameleon (Petri). I’m asking my crying boy “do you see the chameleon?”, he replied “right there” as he pointed behind my back. At the same time my youngest 11 month old catches the crying bug and is screaming for attention. I start doing yoga poses trying to look behind me and couldn’t see him, then pulled my arms inside my shirt to turn it around and he was gone. Petri had climbed down the back of my leg and was chilling on my shoe. So all in all, kids, chameleon and daddy live another day.
