Went out to the garage today and some how came out with this after about 3 hrs of my time and some wood I had laying around.

Yea was expecting something nice BUT? This cage also has seeled bottom and can hold 2 gallons of spilled water. and will be adapted with a drain hose with valve to an emptying bucket. It is completly excape proof from even the smallest Roaches and Crix!

First 3 photos show it well, 4th shows how light it is. (Im easily holding it up with one arm) so moving can be easy (without plants and such). Last one demonstrates even though light in weight "But" very strong in build. I'm standing on it!!! I weigh 175lbs it held me with no problem with good side to side rigidity also.

Anyhow I can crank these out in short order, could make them kit assembled, use any sized screening desired and custom color to any thing sutible. For a clean very attractive look:)

Not only do you want your Cham in your favorite areas, but why not also have them with a very attractive living enclosure. Critique and enjoy. My Baby Fishers Chams will inhabit it soon.

"Thompson" I thought about building for others. and have came up with variations of size and such. I have a real easy kit Idea that could put the thing together with little mechanical experience. (so most anyone with the ability to use a screwdriver could assemble in say, one half hour.)

Here is one I built 2 days ago and already placed in my living room. Its quite larger 4' Tall, 2' Deep, 3.5' wide. This one is wood stained for a good look in my home and set with lights, plants, and a HAPPY Cham :D In which Im still adding some hanging plants.

I also could make this addaptable to mist system use. This one has drippers, a 5.0 Reptisun and 60 Watt basking light. O yea-- Im also adding in more of those rubber flex vines For perches and walkways.

First Picture is cage with flash, Second without, Third at angle, Forth Door open showing lighting and drippers. Last Shot of the top showing light and dripper sets. In which I used those deli cups from my Fruit fly cultures as the drippers cut in and set through the top and above a plant.

I do use Dripsystems for most, For My Parsons I invented and use a timed fresh water rain system that is compleatly water collected below in which it ends up down actual drain system and into actual house's drain system. Pretty sweet setup.

Great cages! They look like they were built really solid! Have pictures from your parson's room?

Yea, I'll post some up soon. I've had it set up this way for some time now. and I am planning an entire addition -- a sortof full on geen room for them like a real walk through sanctuary! Complete with real rainstorms and thunder and such.(stole that rain Idea from my local super market friut and vegtable section) It really thunders and then starts raining on the vegtables and fruits!

......sick!

Damn Mike, you're good! being a contractor helps and seriously, I like easy and those look very simple but practical. I'll order too :D

Those cages look dynamite, what you need to do is build one for your new quad. I might even know someone who could sell you a quad for your cage :p

May I ask what screen you used in these cages? They look really nice. I am debating right now whether to build my own cage or to just order one.
