Never ever try to worm a sick animal or a new import.

yeah, this is my philosophy too... i was beginer at this time.. my bad was to trust any exotic vet who seem ok with chameleons..

In regards to my vet doing a culture, he drained two of the 3 cysts I was concerned with to test it. He came back and confirmed bacterial but I didn't even think to ask what kind.

We are now on day three of treatment and all three cysts/bumps are no longer there. You can still see the skin slightly discolored where they were. He is drinking Everytime I hand mist and it's still very active and eating like usual.

Urates are white with slight yellow at the end. If I notice his next couple droppings getting more yellow I will definitely start the shower method

Had the vet do a fecal test for parasites too while we were there and it came back clean
