WebCam of my Panther Chameleon

I set this up mainly so I can keep an eye on my little fellow when I am away from home.

He is only a few months old being born in January 08.

The set up is quite simpe while he develops. Helps him find the food and lets me monitor the viv for changes quickly.

He is not always visible as the camera looks into the enclosure just under the sun lamp.

Awww I saw him straight away! Interesting climbing frame you have in his viv!

I got him and the set up from Lee Warren in Bishop's Stortford.

There is a lot more hiding places lower down in the viv. He can get to the light and heat without obstructions here though.

I just put a little rope ladder in to see if he likes it.

I am unsure if he will like the feel of the rope but I am interested in knowing if anyone else has used rope for the set up.

I will move hime into a bigger set up in a month or so which should be a lot more plant heavy.

hey this thread just gave me a great idea....there should be a general video section of the forum, not only to distinguish photos from videos, but also as another way, like a video contest, to promote videos on the site

Anyone who watches won't have to worry about missing anything LOL. He sure is cute, and I caught him changing colors a couple times.

I didn't get to see him yet, but I'll keep looking! That is a great way to have peace of mind while you're away from your cham. Especially for people who have to travel and have their friends/kids/neighbors care for their pets. How smart!
