I was going to feed Picasso when I saw this:

I did not see this there yesterday. What is it and is it a concern?!

What can be done to help him (if anything, or is it going to stay there/regrow if removed)? Also, how could he have gotten it?
Is there anything else it could be?

Yes, that was helpful.
One thing, however. None of the causes applied to Picasso. He is the only lizard in the house, and I have not been in contact with any other lizards.

How was he kept before you got him? Breeder could have lizards in his care that have it.
I got him over a year and a half ago. Also, I believe Picasso was kept in a cage by himself. The breeder was very careful and particular about the health of his chameleons.
The only possibility I can think of is a lizard I watched for a friend about 4-5 months ago. They were separated and didn’t share the same anything, but I could’ve given it to him, if the lizard had it (which she showed no signs of). Still, I suppose it’s possible.
One last question (unless more arise later). Should I take him to the vet in the immediate future?
Thank you for all your help @kinyonga!
