What’s your chameleons favorite plant?

Just wondering what everyone’s chameleons favorite plant is. I want to add some new plants in the enclosure and need some ideas.

Well as unoriginal as it sound,s my cham's favorite plant to hide in and munch on is a nice, healthy golden pothos. She has yet to try out the ficus plant

Same with mine. I have to buy new pothos plants every few months because he would eat them faster then they can grow

Our veiled loves his schefflera - strong branches, tasty leaves, lotsa hidey spots.

Weird! Have you tried home depot? Do you have those near you? That's where we found ours, surprisingly they have a large plant selection.

Ficus alii is the ultimate chameleon plant/tree. That's all of my cham's favorite, but they also like a nice sturdy schefflera amate.

Do they eat the leaves from the ficus alii

No, but I don't have veileds. The most I've seen is mine chew on a branch or the occasional dead leaf.

When I had a veiled chameleon she absolutely destroyed her yellow variegated pothos to the point where she was eating it as fast as it could grow. She ignored her ficus and white variegated pothos for the most part.

My jackson's like to sleep in the schefflera but climb all over everything, pothos, dracaena, croton, etc. I've only seen a couple of probably bites out of the schefflera but in general they are not plant eaters.

My chameleon loves the golden pothos, he also eats the umbrella and dracena, but his favorite is definitely the pothos.
