What do you all think of this for a young Veiled Chameleon?

Hi, this is my first post here and this will be my first Chameleon(not my first reptile).
So anyway, I recently fell in love with Chameleons, after researching them I decided it was something I definately needed to add to my collection and already had enclosures and heat bulbs spare(UVB light is new) so I put this together. What do you think, suitable for a young Yemen/Veiled cham?
Flexarium's dimensions are 37 x 37 x 63.5 cm/14.5" x 14.5" x 25"(LxWxH)

There's a lovely young Veiled chameleon in a shop near me for £70 so when I have the money I will buy it :D.

It would be perfect-once you get rid of all the stuff in the bottom. No substrate is best and that will all be one big moldy soupy mess with all the watering you will need to do. Substrates are also a possible compaction danger, so nothing on the bottom is best.

Thanks, the substrate doesn't stay damp for long. It gets watered in the morning so it's isn't wet at night when the cham would be sleeping. But I'll test it out and if it does get moldy I'll remove it before I get a my chameleon.
Thanks for the comments.

chameleon enclosure needs to be misted several times.
At least twice a day.
The substrate will get wet. So, it will be infested with nasty stuffs in addition to your chameleon's poops.
It can get quite hard to clean the enclosure.
and worst of all, your chameleon might accidentally ingest the substrate causing impaction that can get quite fatal.

There are too much nuisance in keeping the substrate inside the cage.
I also suggest to remove it all.

I would remove the substrate ...and also that big colorful fake lizard.
No one has mentioned it, but stress is a leading cause of chameleon illness and death.
That lizard in there will cause a huge amount of stress, and is (in my opinion) of much greater concern than the substrate.

Yeah I did wonder about it. I will remove both the lizard and substrate, what do you all use as substrate then?

Absolutley nothing. Your Reptarium there has the soft plastic lining that will catch water, just wipe up water and poo with a paper towel and you are good to go.
I just noticed-but are all the plants plastic? You really need at least one live plant to help with humidity-Pothos and/or Ficus work great.

Just as everyone else is mentioning, everything in the bottom, inlcuding the lizard, needs to go. And your new cham would love to have a real plant in there, as well, which will help keep the humidity up in the enclosure better than fake plants can. It looks really nice though, otherwise!

I have to agree with Julirs, you need some real plants because Veileds love to munch on their plants. My Veiled's diet is probably 80% feeders and 20% anything I buy to make his home look nice!

There are are 2 Spider plants one large one at the back and 1 Money plant. I will buy a Ficus. I had a load of plants including Ficus and Pothos on my windowsil but some how I managed to kill them all lol.

ficus like to dry completely in between watering.
So, make sure you raise the pot couple inches to avoid drowning the roots.
