What is that on his nostril?!?

Anyone know what that white stuff is on his nostril? It wasn't there this morning when I fed him. And are those white spots on his head the beginnings of a shed?

Phew....I was having a mini heart attack. I thought something was wrong with him. He can breathe through that? Is that salt on his head too?

Yah he can breath. He will more than likely blow it off kind of like us blowing our nose. That on his head looks like shed from what I can tell.

Thank you. I never knew I'd worry this much about him lol. I work from home fulltime so I always have my eye on him and notice any and every little thing that changes and that was something I hadn't seen before.

It's ok to be a little over cautious better safe than sorry. At least you have this forum to help when I first started with chams we didn't even have internet. I still learn stuff on here it's a great resource. If he don't blow that out in the next few days you could always take a Q-tip and gently remove it.

I was stressed when our panthers had the same thing happen. Because of this forum I was able to find that it is normal.
