what may be the problem?

hey guys as some of u may know i was on vacation for 2 weeks and i just came back yesterday...so the first thing i did was check the chams and how good they were taken care of....all was fine yesterday i took my chams out to do an inspection etc everything was great! today i reached in to get my females plant and she was hissing etc and showing extremely dark colors when i go near her but when she is left alone she is a beautiful pink...is there a problem?

she is around 10 and a half months

Has she layed eggs before? If she hasn't then shes probably gravid. I dont have any experience with female chams so I'm sure other people could help more than me.

I would say it looks like gravid colors but am not positive. I am just thinking that based on gravid female panther pictures I have seen

Looks like you shoud be expecting eggs in the next 20 to 30 days. Id prepare a laying bin

she has never layed eggs before but she already has a laying bin set up so ill keep an eye out thanks!
