I am curious.. place a order online, pay via pay pal.. at what point does some things become a concern??
as pay pal only has a limited buyer protection.. just curious what communications or not are kind of standard?
heck may make a good sticky.. or more of a expand on what is already on the classifieds section..
Lets face it shipping temps are a concern... but heck if temps not ideal, is it standard procedure for the seller to contact the buyer and say so?? or not? at what point or heck when the seller does not communicate is this a real issue or a drag your feet till you cannot dispute the pay pal payement??
when you place a order.. does not the seller have the responsibility to contact the byer and say ok this is where we expect? or give a time to ship, and if that time comes then say opps soory not good temps?? seems like on the fauna classifieds that there is a whole lot of the buyer asking and begging for updates.. seems odd..
I am waiting too.. and have to keep asking .. I would say no way, but seems this is the norm for reptiles.. I rather a shipper wait.. then do just because but the lack of communication in the reptile trade seems shocking to me..
but is this normal??
thanks!
