Sorry for the bad quality

They are obviously young, and I am obviously not experienced with the species, but they look like some form of Jax to me. If they are not Jax my guess will be Fuellebornii?

Great looking Neos regardless of my reckless guesses. :)

I know it's too easy, you are right Kent and Todd

@Joe: In my dreams they are fullebornis ;) I'm still searching for them

I was going to say montane, but I didn't want to show the guys up.

Okay Benny, ship them to .... :D

Nice hands, you should be a model.

Hehe... it's about time, Benny! How old are these now? Their prominent rostral horn as neonates tells you they are merumontanus.

How many do you have?

Cheers,

Fabián

Just 6, the female is not so small and she was very round so that I thought she gets more...But they are very big in conclusion to my first meru hatches. They all seem to be more than one cm longer or even a bit more.
@Amy: good joke ;)

Yes, they look much bigger than any of my clutches-- which is a good thing. The smaller the clutch, the larger the offspring, and generally, the better their chance of survival. I'll take a small clutch over a large one any day.

Keep us posted on their development, Benny.

Cheers,

Fabián

I may be a "noob", but I don't get the joke about the veiled and electricity....is it an insider type thing? Or am I totally hopeless?

Nice babies Benny, they really beautiful, some years ago I had those!

I don't know who talked about the big rostal horns, but jack jack also can have big rostal horns when born.

Hey Steven. That was me. Could you share photos of jacksonii jacksonii neonates with as prominent rostral horns as merumontanus?

Cheers,

Fabián

Hi Fabian,

I look if I can find some pictures. The only difference I see is that the size of the horns with jack jack seems to be equal and with meru ony one is really developed.

I haven't been really succesfull with jack jack.
