What Supplements to use?

Just wondering what supplements you all use for your chameleons?
How often to use them? what brand are they?

What type of Cham do you have? Where are you located and does your Cham spend time outside? What are you feeding your Cham and what are you feeding your insects with? Sorry for all the questions but they are relevant.

I should of mentioned all that sorry, but i get my cham in 2 days; just want to be fully prepared.. its a 12 week old ambilobe panther, he wont spend time outside due to being in the UK.. But will be feeding silent brown crickets to start with

I lightly dust with plain calcium without d3 daily. Calcium with d3 twice a month and a multivitamin without d3 twice a month. Micro hoppers are good. Small silkworms, calciworms also. Make sure the insects are no bigger than the space between the eyes. If we have a sunny day he will benefit from being taken outside for a while. Hope to see some pics when you get him.

thanks, thats really helpful.. I'll have a look into all of those, yeah will defiantly take him outside when its warm, and there will be pics of the little guy by saturday
