what type of lighting do i really need

All you need is a basking bulb, I use a 40W or a 60W normal household bulb, a 5.0 reptisun linear UVB tube, you can also use reptiglow which I use. As long as your room doesn't drop below 55F-60F she'll be fine. IF it does drop below 55F-60F, you can purchase heat emitters that don't produce light and ONLY use them if your room does become that cold and honestly I doubt it will unless you live in a cold country.

But Chameleons require complete darkness to sleep so NO light at all night.
^^^ Good advice here.... Just to give you some assurance, your Graceful will be fine with out a night light.. Actually she will be better!

you came to the right place to ask questions you will get all the right answers believe me welcome to the forum

timer works best then you just have to worry about misting and a dripper and of course feeding what did you buy for suppliments

i have a baby humidifer =) and i have calcium dust stuff that looks like crack
can u tell me what other stuff i need

100 seem way to hot to me in a glass terrarium your gonna cook the poor little thing. Do you have a basking light on top of the cage if so you may need to elevate it off the top of the cage about 1foot of switch the buld to a lower watt regular house bulb like a 40 watt.

it should be about 85- 90 under the light where she perces and 75 or so everywhere else you need calcium without d3 every feeding and with d3 once every 2 weeks also a multi vitamin once every 2weeks and mist 3-4 times a day plus have a dripper going also do you have live plants yet they help keep humidity up
