So me and my girlfriend are looking at an ambilobe and are considering buying one but first i must know every thing about them before i go any further with. i've never had one so i have no clue what they need . any help would be appeciated. :)

I was in the ame boat a month ago! I have a new baby Ambanja! I think the general consensus for caging is 24x24x48 by the time they are 6 months old. That bieng said, 16x16x30 will be OK for younger but will have to be moved up. ALL SCREEN ENCLOSURE. With the rest of the requirements, check the sticky's and read through them for general care, feeding, lighting, humidity and watering, and supplements. One thing about supplementing, (made this one myself) look for calcium to dust your crickets with NO D3! You will need both, but d3 is only used once every 2 weeks, instead all calcium should be used daily. Someone else may chime in with hyperlinks.

Ok, so here I come with links! lol

This should be a HUGE help for you: https://www.chameleonforums.com/care/chameleons/

You should be able to get 90% of your questions answered by looking through the sections there, because it goes into caging, feeding, lights, etc. And then anything else that you would like to know more about you're welcome to make a thread about to ask. But that's definitely an excellent resource to read through.

Awesome thanks a ton, i have a valid. so i know about the cal's needed and lighting i just wanted to make sure i know what im getting into andif there is anything different thanks for the replys and the link i will dffinatly take a look at it :)
