What's the local?

I bought a pair of what i was told were tamatave panthers from an expo a couple weeks ago but im not positive the seller was correct. He is predominantly white with a orange u bar and has powder blue along his dorasal with shades of green along his back legs. I have several other chameleons so i do have experience with the different locals but im stumped with this guy,any help is greatly appreciated.

If you didn’t have a clue id say maybe cape east or maybe st Marie. But tamatave might be correct also, I’ve seen a lot of orange and white with my guy sometimes a dark green.
