Be careful about ordering in bulk this time of year. It is very hot and no place will offer a live guarantee. I just got a batch of 1,000 dead crickets.

I went to petsmart down the street and bought 2 dollars worth. They didn't even survive the car ride home (10 minutes) because it is so hot here in Cali. So, I had to get a cooler with an icepack in it just so they could survive the ride in my car

Oh, I already ordered and it only cost 30 with shipping so only a few dollar difference, the 1000 was originally 12.50 plus 17 dollar shipping so not bad really, I don't mind it. But thank you!

Go with LLL! I used to get mine from petco and what was worse no matter what amount I paid for I always got shorted and then half of those would die on the 10 minute drive home. So like you I was apprehensive about ordering crickets online but not anymore...you honestly get what you paid for with LLL. Also for 3 extra $s you can order a 1000 any size crickets overnighted to your door. As far as health goes they're awesome they overnight mine to me from CA to VT and out of 500+ crickets 4 died.

Yeah that is where I first looked but I was looking at about $41.00 with shipping and such(wisconsin Go packers!) so I went with reptile food.com and i can say I am happy with the price, seems to be the same as everywhere else I was looking.

Not sure how you got $41 from LLL I just looked and it's $26.99 for 500, $29.99 for 1,000, $44.99 for 2,000 and $89.99 5,000(any size crickets) and the overnight shipping is included in the price.
