Yes, they have a tarsal spur, but they don't develop they are not born with it, it usually develops late baby stage early juvie stage. which lets you know its a boy![]()

Can you enlighten me: I do not know what a "hemipenal bulge" is.If your rudis is developing/developed tarsal spurs, then you don't have a rudis or there's some other issue with your animal.
FYI: Rudis Chameleons are sexed by hemipenal bulge (or lack of) and size, not by tarsal spurs. They don't have them.
