White Spot/Growth/Thing on Nostril

What is this white thing on his nostril? Seems to be getting bigger. Can I remove it? Thank you

Is it hard or soft?

I can't tell, and it scares him too much when I try to touch him (I've had him less than a week, he's still adjusting). It looks soft to me.

You have to have a vet look at it under a microscope, it can be excess minerals like calcium or an infection, reptiles infection is thick, I think a vet visit is order
