What are you going to do about drainage? Your not gonna want to have standing water in that cage. Even if its sealed your going to need to get the water out of the cage somehow. I would drill small drain holes in the bottom and put a catch can beneath the main cage.
Having any standing water in there is a breeding ground for bacteria esp with the presence of feces being introduced by the cham from time to time.

my wife has a snake and she sprays the tank with a mist and the heat lamp keeps her tank dry so if i have a few plants and a 3 light bulbs or even just the 2 i would think it should not be that wet
