I made a comment on another thread about lack of customer service from Mistking. Marty of mistking saw the post. After finding out I thought I had talked to him in Daytona, instead talked to someone working for him, Marty actually refunded money to me for 2 of the timers & I was only missing one!!! Now that is excellent customer service. I really hate the taste of crow but thanks Marty for being so nice!

Thanks Kevin, I need to be fair. If I print wrong stuff about a company or a person, I feel it is only fair if I admit I was wrong so as to not leave the wrong idea with people. I want people on the forum to be able to believe me when I say I speak form experience.
 
No worries Laurie.... water under the bridge. I honestly try to take care of everyone until they're 200% content. If I am not aware of a problem, I just don't know that somone needs help. Like I said before, if anyone reads a thread that somone is unhapy about something MistKing and I haven't gotten to it in a few days, please nudge me or send me a PM with the link. I'm not out there to jib anyone or make anyone jump through hoops. Much appreciate your comments....and as usual...any trouble let me know, but this time use the PM system here, we didn't have much luck with email :)

This is really nice from you Marty. You can count on me for warning you about future issues concerning your products, no matter from who it is from! ;)
 
It's good to see a Bussniness being ran like this and hands down through what i read Mistking is a great company and it's good to see what lenghts marty goes to in order to keep people happy....
