I noticed the last couple of days he's not been in all out attack mode when I offer my hand, even letting me rub his chin gently without hissing, so....I took the next step! He didn't just hop on my hand though, I had to coax, and then once I had him it was all out race for my head and any other high point he could find...reaching toward door jambs, cabinet tops, the ceiling...anywhere UP. I could hardly keep up with him! He had me so tired out keeping up with his UP that I put him back in like 3 minutes lol.

HA!!! That reminds me of the first time I held my little guy. He seems a bit stressed out, so be careful.

I agree, I got the idea he may not have enjoyed the experience much. I'm pretty sure I was almost as stressed out by it as he was, so I'm thinking not an everyday thing...

My veiled just uses me as an extension of his cage, he walks out on to my hand and up my arm, up my hair to my head! When I first started holding him I just sat with my arms out in a circle shape in front of his enclosure. He then would climb from one side to another and could go back in to his cage whenever he wanted!
