Young panther male or female

Been a fan of this site for years first time user though.
I was wondering if I could get a sex and general age of this young panther chameleon.
I do not have a picture of the base of it's tail but I could get one on Friday if needed. When I go to the pet store to check on him.
To be honest I've heard horror stories about gravid females and egg binding. I've only ever had males.

Thank you I am going to stop by the store on my way to work and try to get a better picture of the base of his tail maybe a picture of his vent. He is used to me holding him so I don't think it will be a problem. I'll upload the pictures when I get a chance. Thanks again

New pictures

It's changing colors it is no longer grey it is starting to turn reddish pink the previous pictures that were giving started on 8/11 and ran through to 8/18. The new pictures were taken today 8/21. I attempted to get a clear shot of it's vent but it wouldn't hold still. I did get some good profile pictures. Hopefully this gives a better view and may make it clearer to identify.

Picture of the vent don't help much with chameleons. You want a profile view of the base of the tail. It is best to have them walk on something like a stick so their tail is straight out.

This is one is hard to tell as there seems to be a bulge at his tail base which makes me say male still but it is not very big. I would give him more time to mature and it should become very obvious soon if it is indeed a male or not.

Thank you very much for your time unfortunately I either pick him up tomorrow or not at all. I have an appointment with my local reptile vet in about 45min which is going to be stressful on the little guy but the vet does sexing all the time plus i'll get a health check while I'm at it. Once again thank you. I'll let you know what it is when I get home.

Thank you so much for your help the vet visit went well. It is a little male vet confirms the 3-4 month age. Thanks again for the help
