I can't take it anymore
I hate this new way he's getting down. Today he did a flip and landed on his back. But seems to be fine as he immediately went to his crickets and ate like nothing happened. I'm adding another branch here soon so he can safely get down. Ugh

IDC what anyone says. This is the cutest picture of anything in the history of pictures being taken. This was Spike on his first day of being home in his new enclosure. That curious head tilt <3
I've been tricking Spike into eating silk worms by putting tiny tiny silkworms in his bowl with his BSFL and it's been working
So now we're up to crickets, bsfl, and 1-3 tiny silks per day
Looks like Spike has a new resting area?
If he stays there it'll be the first time he's ever slept in a different place from where he used to sleep. I think he outgrew his old bed because he was squeezing himself into it lol
It's extra hot today but his enclosure temps are completely normal. So I think it's just him finding a new resting/sleeping areaAttachments

Yay good job spike! poor guy has been busy with this shed but it looks like its coming off really quick
He also made sure to make a nice big mess for me to clean later lol
Can't see it really well but looks like Spike is finally shedding
Nothing like getting all excited that Spike looks like he is about to finally start eating his Silks again, just to see that he's literally just..... stepping over the silk, even putting his hand directly on the silk, to get to a cricket instead.
