    Good Morning! Spike gave me some more new color on his chin this morning :love: He might have been mad because late yesterday a BSF hatched and was buzzing around the top of his enclosure as he was going to bed lol The very first thing he did this morning was eat that BSF :ROFLMAO:

    He did. He didn't even get settled. He climbed up really fast and ate him really quick and then got settled basking lol

    Yay good job spike! poor guy has been busy with this shed but it looks like its coming off really quick :)

    He also made sure to make a nice big mess for me to clean later lol

    Yep! :) He's been super restless today lol all over his enclosure, rubbing and shaking it off. But it looks like he did a good job. I can't even see anything left right now.

    Yeah they move through a shed super fast when they are young. Its a crazy thing to watch.

    It really is. I was able to watch the whole thing at work and it was incredible how fast it all happened. It was interesting to observe his behavior.

    Lack of appetite yesterday. went to resting area early. He was rubbing his eyes and body along branches a lot. And after he was done, he basked for a little bit, then ate a silk worm off a branch! So that was exciting lol

    Nothing like getting all excited that Spike looks like he is about to finally start eating his Silks again, just to see that he's literally just..... stepping over the silk, even putting his hand directly on the silk, to get to a cricket instead. :ROFLMAO:🫠🫠🫠

    Thought I had a good idea by placing a silkworm on a stick and trying to feed it to Spike that way. He disagreed 🤣 instantly puffed up

    Snagged a couple shots of Spike this morning. Tried to get one with both turrets aimed at me but every time I took the pic he'd move one eye somewhere else 🤪
