If you are fogging make sure your nighttime temps are below 67 F or else you would be at risk for a respiratory infection. Also no fogging during the day.
Plant lights are to help the plants in your enclosure grow. They are not necessary but are very useful. You would use the light during the day. Do not have any lights on at night.
