    Lightning a big enclosure

I was thinking of you too when I posted that and then I was thinking about how could I fit that into my tiny little house and then I was thinking it would take up most of my living room and then I was thinking that wouldn't be normal and I should probably get a man first before I break out that...

Any known fixes for Monsoon mister cycle issues

It's like Team Climist vs Team MK. Team MK is bigger but Team Climist is scrappy. I have veileds, I'm mean like them.

Any known fixes for Monsoon mister cycle issues

Not at all. I bought a 2nd $40 used Climist pump off of eBay and it has worked perfectly for me since I got it and I called them after ordering parts from their website as it was only the pump and I needed tubing and whatnot and I realized I forgot to get a bulkhead and when I called I got a...

    Lightning a big enclosure

I know this isn't a response to lighting but since you were talking about building a huge enclosure, check out this aviary on ebay. I'm getting one for my melleri...

Any known fixes for Monsoon mister cycle issues

Yes, it is the same size tubing. I like the climist. It's not as expensive as a Mistking and it works just the same and you can find replacement parts on eBay and Amazon. Plus they have very responsive customer service. Before upgrading, I contacted Mistking with some questions and never...

Does my veiled chameleon have MBD?

Answer the how to ask for help questions please and I think it looks female as well but posting pics of the back feet will tell us for sure. The swelling looks like gout and I wouldn't force feed supplements as you could be overdoing it. I'd recommend a vet visit. Plus force-feeding is...

Re homing young male veiled chameleon

Really I can't. I have 5 already and a snake, my reptile room is getting full plus I don't have any extra supplies for him. All my lights and large enclosures are in use.

    Parson's or Melleri: Opinions, please!

He does not. He roams it but doesn't try to get out. Horn is intact and he seems quite content in there. Right now he's outside in an old 2 story ferret cage that had removable floors so it's one big setup now. He's never grumpy with me when he's inside but outside he gapes, hisses, and waves...

    Parson's or Melleri: Opinions, please!

I used an old parrot cage for mine and plan to upgrade to an aviary when he gets larger. My vote is melleri, but I'm biased. No experience with a parsoni, yet.

Best Type of Chameleon and a few more questions.

A leopard gecko would meet these criteria and you can even get giant leopard geckos, they're super easy to care for and they tend to be very friendly.

    HELP Glass Enclosure advice

I can tell you that's a horrible setup with so many things wrong. 1. No substrate 2. Not enough foliage and coverage 3. Chameleons shound not be kept in an aquarium meant for fish 4. How are you going to manage water and drainage in there? 5. A little computer fan isn't going to give you...

    Panther chameleon hemipenes....

I only clicked on this thread hoping to see hemipenes and I was not disappointed. It was delightfully freaky and disgusting the way it moved and I liked the spines on it for her pleasure. I had to watch it a couple of times and show my mom.
