A lot of people use a regular house bulb as a basking bulb. They put out plenty of heat, but if it isn't warm enough when you measure, you could try a flood light with a reflector. Like this:

What's the plan to keep the floor from becoming a place for nasties to grow on dead feeders, poops, etc?
A lot of people, myself included, have embraced the idea of a bare clean floor approach, where the floor is nothing more than a place for a drain.

From the picture it looks like you have the incandescent bulb inside the enclosure where your chameleon can get very close to the bulb. That seems like an opportunity for a burn.

Those are Exo Terra Jungle Vines. You can find them at pet shops, but they run about twice as much as mail order.
