Yes, the mist head inside the cage can wet a much larger area, but you need leaves or some kind of surface (including the screen wall) to catch the mist and make drops.
Only while the pump is running, and the AquaZamp dome with two mist heads will use the same 2x0.9 gallons per hour as two...
Where do you get yours? Nick is practically a neighbor, and I mean to visit him at some point, but a stick bug vendor with regular sales would be very interesting.
From my experiments you get nearly the same effect with a cover like the dome or nothing at all. The dome prevents some mist from drifting, so if you use a mist head pointed at the top of the screen from the outside to make a nice rain spot, you'll want to be mindful of mist drifting on to walls...
The sponsor link for food has two Dubia vendors: https://www.chameleonforums.com/index.php?page=sponsors&type=food
There are lots of reptile feeder options on eBay, including search by distance from your zip code. I used that to find a deal on crickets that get to me quicker.
The hanging flower pots I and others have used are not flower pots at all. Ikea sells them as hanging storage for utensils for hanging from a kitchen rack. They have holes in the bottom so they drain and are perfect for hanging from Dragon Ledges.
Bygel containers...
You see the problem here, right? If we tell you and all the internets where to get our favorite feeders here, then they will be out soon too.
Two things have worked out for me - ebay, where I can search by distance from my zip code, and going to a show, where I can find regional producers...
Bumping an old thread because as a new cham owner I've decided to take on a quad as my second cham. I think I'm prepared and have a good care sheet but I'm reading through old quad threads to see what I can find out.
This one seems worthy of attention. Is there more followup to know? (I will...
Mom,
I think there have been two "Chameleon Cantinas" discussed. One is the fountain that came up previously:

I think the manufacturer, Bio-Bubbles, decided the name was so great, it deserved a more expensive product...
This looks like it might be the solution to my problem (not being able to drill nice holes in a thin plastic bucket):
Sample Assortment Aluminum 3003 Perforated Sheets, 6" x 6" Sheets (5-Pack)
I'll post again when I've gotten these, added them to containers, and have had a chance to try them...

Good luck.
Anyone know someone selling on line a set of size sorting colanders or grates? I want to use them to sort dubai roaches.
My experiment drilling holes in a set of plastic buckets worked kind of, but not very well and I'm not happy with the result. The holes came out too rough, and I'm...
A good place to start is the "Resources" link above below the Chameleons Forums logo top left. Be sure to review the Care Sheets.
Browsing the Health Clinic forum has revealed some (not good) patterns in early chameleon ownership, myself included.
Good luck!

It is probably best to plan to start with a solitary animal, not a pair. If...

I'm still learning, but off hand I see potential issues around ventilation and retained moisture providing a bacteria breeding ground. The questionnaire will help...
Thank you for sharing your tribute. Loretta sounds special, and while you have my sincere condolences for the sad recent events, it is good to hear these stories and the love they represent.
