Something is off. I have around 30 females and I pick 60-70 per week for my chams. Your colony seems to be very low production overall.
A single roach will give you around 30 babies! What are you feeding them?

This cages were designed from scratch spcifically to keep chams, so there is ptobably a reason for every dimension.
The basking temperature will be determined mainly by the basking bulb and not the ambient temperature. Leave it on for one hour and measure. That is your temp. Your room temp will go up a few degrees during the day but 10 degrees higher room temp does not translate into 10 deg higher basking...
The crystals are for crickets and roaches ONLY. They work great!!!
But NEVER use them to give water to your cham. They can grow inside of their gut and cause impactation.
No need for a thermostat. You only need a thermometer.
You can adjust your temperature by either the wattage of your basking bulb and the distance to the branch. That tenperature should be fairly constant throughout the day.

I rinse with 1:10 bleach, and bake if they fit in the oven, 350 deg for 30 minutes.

Cheap humidifiers, usually warm ones, tend to put out large droplets that fall down very quickly. The will keep your humidity level up for a very short period of time after it goes off. The drops will then condense and stick to everything and/or fall to the floor.
