The basking temperature will be determined mainly by the basking bulb and not the ambient temperature. Leave it on for one hour and measure. That is your temp. Your room temp will go up a few degrees during the day but 10 degrees higher room temp does not translate into 10 deg higher basking...

The crystals are for crickets and roaches ONLY. They work great!!! But NEVER use them to give water to your cham. They can grow inside of their gut and cause impactation.
