I've recently acquired a female veiled chameleon that had previous owners who didn't take care of her at all. She was in very bad shape when I got her. I have had her for about 2 months and she just recently laid her first clutch. I just noticed that there is a bulge around both of her eyes and...
I've noticed this and I tried your approach but she won't open her mouth at all even when I put my hand in the enclosure... is there a better way to get them to open up? @NHenn

a few months ago I purchased a panther chameleon from a local pet store... he wasn't looking so well so I felt bad and have provided him with a good home. I haven't owned a panther chameleon before and was curious of what colors I might see from him in the future. The pet store had no idea where...
I'm really leaning towards a male on this one not 100% sure but by the looks of it I think so... was wondering If the experts agreed with me!! Here's some get pics of him drinking. He's a 7 week old panther chameleon.
@brownie64 yes I am.. I just got him from a local pet store three days ago and my veiled never did this so I was wondering if it was normal... any ideas on the sex? The petstore said it was too early to tell but I figured I'd ask the real experts on here....
I've recently bought a panther cham and had a few questions. Is it normal that he or she does not catch crickets with his or her tounge? He or she just walks up and takes it like my bearded dragon... lastly does anyone have an idea of what this panther might be? He or she is about 5/6 weeks of age.
