Today was a big day for Rocky and unfortunately it didn't go well. After 3 weeks of grub pie and boosting his nutrients I decided to try a horn worm to see if his tongue still works. He was certainly interested but I tried both near him and when that didn't work I tried it in front of him to...

Leo got his big boy home

Thanks! It was a shelving unit and tubing with hinges for the front door. Its just a bigger mesh and pinheads could just walk right through. I just hope bigger crickets wont squeeze out.

I set it up tonight but I'm not sure I love it. I bought it used well before Leo came home. I will be changing the plastic tree at the bottom for a real ficus I plan on buying this weekend and removing the 2 plastic plants as the 2 pothos grow in. I'll also be moving the pc in case something...

This was a very pleasant surprise! I've never seen his colors like this on him. Lots of positive changes but he does sometime hang/sleeps near the bottom but I'd like to think he is getting healthier and comfortable

    Snails just came in

This is great info! So would they be considered a dessert/treat feeder like a horn worm or could it be more of a staple like a cricket or Dubia? They just digest the shell no problem? That's awesome!

Between 6 and 7 ml's He also drank a good amount today too. You can see from the pics he is quite swollen but he certainly has little more energy today. I think the Rapshey Grub Pie is the first time he's had anything nutritious before, it might shock his system! Unfortunately we didn't...
