That looks like a branch from an " ocotillo "... I've seen them used in desert type terrariums...but I'm not sure how it would hold up in a humid environment!!!
One thing that you may want to check-out...has anything been charged against your account. (Bank/credit card)?????? Maybe your not reciving your order because your payment info didn't go thru!!!!

That was an older pic...That tree has doubled...but you are right there isn't a lot of branches, because the tree has made up for that now..I house Oustalets in it and they seem to prefer to hang out on the open areas of the cage to warm up then later on in the day they retreat to the inner...
Also..not sure what shipping time frame you prefer...but shipping FedEx same day or next day air early will cost major$$$$ if you use next day air your animal will arrive on average by 10 or 11 am the next day...and that's dropping it off mid to late afternoon for your next day delivery....
Do what I did...become an approved shipper of live animals thru FedEx...its easy ...once they test your boxes and your method of shipping , you get the OK...boom your in!!! you'll get an account number print your own shipping labels at a modest discount...also when you first get started with...
Tried that with some baby Oustalets...got some mixed results....The hardest part was keeping the beetles in a dish ..once they got out they went out the screen and into freedom!!!
