Did she lay her eggs in potting soil???...if she did that is where the brown spots are coming from...from personal experience in the past, potting soil will kill your eggs...moist sand seems to work the best for me as a laying media for chameleons.

Sometime days they will sit....I've had clutches of Oustalets take months to all hatch....and don't worry about the new hatchling disturbing the other eggs...
So far not a problem....once the egg has piped...the baby will remain in the egg (or part way)to absorb the the remaining yoke....DON'T try to assist it out!!!
