I would just take her to the vet A.S.A.P that way there able to drain out the puss and matter build up. Just be safe, there is a correct way to drain it out. But I would have a vet do it and see if they can show you how to do it properly. My local vet is really cool about that.
Try using feeding tongs or hand feed just make sure your hands are clean before hand feeding. Some chams need a bit more time to accomidate themselves than others. But feeding is another way of interacting with them. Without handling them and getting a better recognition of you.

I would take him to the vet a.s.a.p. cause at this piont it looks pretty bad. You can get unisol 4 saline solution make sure there is not type of conditioner in it. Your local walgreens or cvs pharmcy have them. Try and flush it out with that cause there is matter build up in his eye he might...
