Definitley Trioceros wiedersheimi. Gratz on breeding them! They are easy to recognize by several things, the stripes next to the head are very typical :P

He's about 8-10 months old, these guys grow a lot slower than for instance panthers or veiled's. Advantage in that is that they don't get MBD that fast as other fast growing chameleons.
