Doesn't look critical too me, his eyes may be a bit sunken but it could be he was off because of the shed. Keep an eye on him and as long as he is eating and staying hydrated he should be fine.
Soil can cause impaction but I guess alot of chams have eaten soil at some stage. Cover the soil with pebbles big enough that they cannot eat asap. Keep an eye on your cham but he should be ok if it was just a bit and small enough for it to pass through.

A piece of banana attracts plenty fruit flies. I sometimes put some banana outside in a container and in an hour or two have plenty to feed. Winter obviously not so many around.
You have such a good heart, whilst it is hard now with your persistence can you imagine once she has recovered and is leading a happy life how proud you will be. All your hard work, love and care is making her lead a better more comfortable life. I take my hat off to you and take a "bow" to you...
