Well looks like making my own may have to wait a bit. I just found tha Savage 111 LRH in .338LM. Current Price $989. I couldnt come close to that try to make my own in the caliber. The only down side is ammo price.
I dont know if I would be ok with getting one if it was the real thing in each one. Would be nice if it had something like "No chams were hurt in the making of this necklace"
Some people may think I do. :D I already have the equipment or I can use stuff from where I work. I think I can keep it around 1000-1500 without scope. It is still cheaper than my other hobby of motorcycle racing.
I am currently in the process of machining my own bolt gun from ground up. I will be buying the components as blanks or parts I cant make: stock, trigger, bipod. Just a hobby of mine.
If he did try to wait me out I would think it would have negative affect on his growth. He is about 4.5 months old so I can understand that crickets were the only food he knew.
I have Dubias that I would like to feed my veiled but he is not interested. So far if you offer him anything but a cricket he shows no interest but as soon as he sees a cricket you bet watch your fingers. Just wondering if you guys had any advice on how to get him to try new things?
I was just wondering how other people dust the feeders? I use the "Shake & Bake" put them in a baggie and give them a good coating. It does leave a slightly thick coat I think but very useable. Just wanted to see what others are doing as well.
I just got mine from Chameleons Northwest (site sponsor) and he is varying shades of Turquoise. Anywhere from neon to dark. Very reasonable price and great people to deal with.
