Hi!
Is my baby too small for his age?
He is about 6 months and everytime I go get bugs for him , the breeder makes me feel like he should be huge by now .
I don't know exact measures on him , since he doesn't like to be handled much.
He eats dubias, crickets once in a while...
I'm by no means an expert... but what about turning the pressure down? that way it's not storming in there... lol
I look at it from a Californian point of view also , since we are in a sever drought and that seems like a lot of wasted water , sorry
Hello
I just read on another site people feed their roaches and crickets cat or dog food, but I thought that was bad for chameleons and bearded dragons, 'm I wrong?
Hi! So this morning when I went to turn on my baby's lights- I saw him all the way at the bottom of the cage (which was a little wet) then he saw me got really upset and had some awesome colors, and then went to climb up the side of the cage. I've never seen him at the bottom so I don't know...

Hi everyone!! Super excited I got my baby yesterday. He's soon cute and so far let's me hold him so he can climb on my shirt .
Can you tell me how I did with his cage? I'm trying to cup & hand feed him so I'm hoping that won't be an issue.
Hello,
As you may know I will be getting a baby veiled chameleon in the next week or so.
We met with the breeder yesterday and saw all his babies and of course fell in love with all of them!
My question is:
Is it true I should start him off in a small cage and in like 6 months or so move him...
Would this be better?
Thanks for the advice ! I'm already getting lots of useful tips from reading posts on here.
How about this space in our room? It has the least traffic during the day so we could put him here while adjusting
I wanted to get feedback on where to place my baby's cage once we get him.
We're hopefully getting him next month.
I can rearrange the room to place him where i took pics.
A little about us:
i will finally be getting my veiled for my upcoming bday.
I have an almost 2 yr old daughter...
