Nutritional makeup of mice differs from insects.
Also, I'm going to have to side with Lisa to some extent. It sounds like an insectivorous reptile like a chameleon wasn't a suitable companion. With many reptiles, chameleons being no exception, you're going to have to live around insects.

So I've read, B. Dubia possesses a meat to chitin ratio greater than that of crickets even. They do get huge compared to crickets though, they're definitely not something smaller chameleons could make a living off of.
As it says here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blaptica_dubia) these beetles...
I'm not experienced in any stretch of the mind, but I can recommend checking programs you have which affect your ability to view and use websites.

Edit: I don't have a chameleon (yet), though when I cared for a bearded dragon, the lizard's presence was unmistakable.
Then again, my bearded dragon's home resembled a desert rather than a crop. :P
When I cared for a bearded dragon and raised feeder crickets, I gave them whatever vegetables/fruits I was feeding my dragon, and some other stuff vegetables/fruits which were in the fridge. (Probably also being fed to my beardie.) :P
I avoid oranges though. I once gave some to my dragon's...
So a dripper is something the chameleon should be raised with, rather than introduced do, and misting is a relatively inefficient way of hydrating a larger, more mature chameleon? (Based on what you say, it's one of those 'possible, but painful' choices.)
Next little question; how would one...
A potential Chameleon Parent has arrived to the forums! I seek judgment on the knowledge I've thus far acquired regarding chameleon care.
I'll skip the greetings, I don't feel like doing the writing. :o
Right now, I'm here to ask around and confirm whether or not the information I've gained...
