haha i love that 240..i also have a pic of that one....this 240 made me go hug my car and pat the hood sayin someday.

Well next weekend i'll be in MD at MIR (Maryland International Raceway) for what seems to be a Record breaking event...

This even is called World Cup Finals (it's the last and biggest race of the year in the North East).. It's a Import vs Domestics race in different classes!!

The class to watch the past few years has been WILD STREET!! It's is a "Street chassis" class limited by turbo size (72mm), tire size (26") ,Fule (no alchol)and must utilize all metal/glass OEM body parts.

Well NO IMPORT has ever won this event EVER till 2010..

This is the final race from last year. Best race i have ever seen in my life!!

Chris Miller of NRG Tech Racing vs a heavily modded Turbo ZO6 Vette
Talk about playing ketchup!!

in car on Miller's car (didn't even know he won till he got the time slip)..Won on a hole shot! meaning his reaction time was better than the Vette's.

This year he has to defend his belt.. And this was a time slip from testing lastweek!!:D. Ended up not being a full pass due to spinning the tires on the top end.

He currently holds the WORLD RECORD for fastest/quickest FWD ,OEM Body Import with a 8.37@178mph and the slip below shows that he is at least .20 faster in the short track over the 8.37's slip. Meaning that it should have gone a 8.1@over 180mph!!

I am 100% sure he will do it at Wrold Cup !!

nice, i heart turbo!!

Always good to do your own work. Saves on the build cost and rewarding!

Had a Great weekend in MD!!

By far the Bestt event i have ever been to!!

We only took two of the team cars with us to compete. I was going to take my car but had last minute turbo issues (bent the 2nd turbo wheel in a row, seems they take a $hit at anything over 30psi of boost).

Anyway , we took 2 of our All Motor cars out to MIR for the event. One of which now holds the WORLD RECORD for Quickest All Motor Front Wheel Drive StreetCar!!

He lost in the finals to a 04 Mustang Cobra that was doing 12'o clock wheelstands alll day long and still going 10.05@133mph

Video of the finals from the onboard GoPro camera. Enjoy!!
Jose "Pepsi" Bello went 10.10@131mph in his K-Serise powered Honda Civic.

Franklin Vu of AVID Racing also went a personal best of 8.97@166mph

Jeff Evans with the World Record for a 67mm Turbo FWD "True Street" car. Incar and crash!! 8.98@167mph

nice wrangler. Did you find out the hard way you needed a snorkle or is it fo sho?

jeep had a horrible idea where to place the stock intake/filter box imo. When i first got my heep, i took it for the first time and after the first deep hole i had to come along myself out and then take the drenched filter out to start wheeling again. after that i put a snorkle on and no problems again :)

Well I have not been around much recently on the forums because my street/drag car has been taking up most of my time.

Here are a few pictures of my car, assembled a fully forged 6.2L gen III GM V8 and upgraded some suspension/ drivetrain parts. Been about a year long project so far but finishing it up finally.

Here is early stages, block and crank pics.

Sorry for all the pics but I am really happy about how it all turned out. Hope some of the other gear-heads can appreciate.

I have actually lowered it on skunkworks coilover sleeves since this and it has a way better stance now.

I have future plans of throwing a h2b swap and doing a all motor with cams I already have my b series tranny with lsd I just have to save up money during tax time to finish the engine swap

Sickkkk!! Moarr Pix!! I'm beginning to like LS motors. How big of a hit is on the car? What size tire will you be running on?
